History
A Historic Legacy and Unforgettable Welcome
At Camping at Beca, a warm Welsh welcome isn’t just a phrase; it’s a promise. Our site is named after the legendary figure Twm Carnabwth, who, under the guide of Rebecca, sparked a rebellion that echoed through the West and mid Wales during the years 1839 to 1843. Like our namesake, we continue to stand strong, inviting you to experience the same spirit of courage and camaraderie.
Location
Discovering the Heart of Nature
Our campsite boasts a breathtaking panorama of the Preseli Mountains, where the very bluestones that grace Stonehenge’s mystical circle were sourced from. Follow in the footsteps of history along the Golden Road, a scenic half-day walk that meanders from Bwlchgwynt car park to Llainbanal, weaving a tapestry of natural wonder and ancient heritage.

Beaches and Beyond: Your Gateway to Adventure
Honestly we cannot fault our stay here, the hosts were very attentive to all their guests needs, very friendly and chatty, not just with the adults but the kids too. They go above and beyond to make sure your happy and comfortable. The animals were a lovely touch and they have no issue with people saying hello to them and giving them a pet, which the kids loved. There's a very unique and quirky bar that they created from a horse box with extremely reasonable prices, a good choice of beverages and snacks, including hot drinks. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas for all weathers, where they put out a TV to show the football for other campers during the game. They have toilets and showers available which were restocked and tidied daily for people's needs, I would say all are of a decent size and easily accessible. I honestly cannot fault a single thing, the views are incredible the space and the environment was welcoming and friendly and just beautiful, as well as peaceful. Not only would I strongly recommend this to other campers looking for somewhere to pitch up, we as a family will be returning because the place and the people running it all left quite an impression on all of us. The best moment for the kids, was when they got offered a ride on their quad bike (at an appropriate slow and steady speed, driven by the owner).....cannot praise them enough for their relaxed, clean and friendly environment.
